Rustic Barn Watercolor Workshop - Watercolor Class 1 (September 14)

At 7pm, join local artist Andy Johnson at GameCraft for a Watercolor Workshop.

Learn the techniques to relax and sketch a charming rustic barn scene in the countryside. Overcome any fear of perspective, architecture, color or painting with this easy, approachable workshop!

We will cover:

• Linework

• Perspective

• Thinking in shapes

• Watercolor techniques

• Color theory

• Capturing the feeling of a rural landscape

We will work together step-by-step to sketch and paint a guided scene from a photograph of a rustic barn surrounded by a field of yellow.

You will take home a 5” x 7” watercolor painting and an art kit to continue your sketching and painting!
